    The primary purpose of the Master Scheduler is to balance demand and supply through a feasible production plan aligned with the company's business goals.
    • Guaranteeing materials are available on time, and the inventory is maintained at the targeted levels.
    • Serves as a contact point between the commercial team and the manufacturing area to proactively respond to changes in demand, to escalate critical issues, and to provide the required information to facilitate the decision-making process.
    • Controls the Kanban process identifying changes in demand and updating the parameters accordingly.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or business-related field.
    • 3-5 years using MRP/ERP computer systems. 3 years scheduling/forecasting.
    • Analytical skills
    • Proven experience and understanding of supply chain planning processes, MPS/MRP/CRP
    • Proficiency in Microsoft suite
    • Experience working with ERP integrated systems – Oracle and Kinaxis knowledge a plus
    • Strong Organizational skills.
    • Strong written and communication skills.
    • APICS certification preferred
