APPS paramedical Services is looking for a highly organized scheduling coordinator to schedule client appointments, examinations, and procedures. The position is located in our Grand Rapids, Michigan Office.  In this role, you will be setting up appointments, managing travel times, and informing clients of rescheduled or canceled in-home exams in a timely manner for our team of examiners.

To ensure success, scheduling coordinators should possess solid knowledge of scheduling practices and demonstrable experience in a similar role. A first-class scheduling coordinator will be someone who takes proactive steps to initiate seamless scheduling processes.

We are looking to hire an efficient scheduler to ensure that clients are correctly scheduled for appointments and procedures. The scheduler’s responsibilities include rescheduling and canceling appointments, scheduling agent referral orders, and verifying clients’ demographic information. You should also be able to ensure that sufficient time is allocated to each appointment.

To be successful as a scheduler, you should be helpful and courteous when answering telephone calls. Ultimately, an exceptional scheduler should be able to build and maintain a good rapport with referring agencies and staff.
