Description :

• Schedule, cancel, confirm or reschedule appointments according to the scheduling guidelines
• Transfer calls and take / send messages according to protocol
• Take part in collaborative working relationships in the organization
• Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
• Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Call Center Experience
• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Word processing / computer scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of typical office work environment.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
