Avera is seeking a highly talented Medical Scheduler to join the team!!

Job Summary

• Performs diverse secretarial duties for the PM&R department with an emphasis on staff support, reception needs, and billing. 
• This includes phone communication and assisting with client, visitor and PM&R staff requests.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Business background preferred. 
• One year of medical secretarial school preferred.
• Two or more years of secretarial experience in a similar work environment preferred.

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

• $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
