Job Title: Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technician to join our ENT team. As a Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technician, you will perform a variety of clinical and administrative duties to ensure the highest quality patient care. 

Responsibilities:

- Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vital signs

- Accurately document patient medical history and chief complaint

- Assist healthcare providers with medical procedures and treatments 

- Maintain medical equipment and supplies 

- Answer patient inquiries and schedule appointments 

- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality 

This position is full-time.  Monday-Friday 8a-5p.  No weekends.  No holidays.  CVMS offers a competitive benefit package to include health, vision, and dental insurance.  401K-match.  Profit sharing opportunities.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent 

- Previous healthcare/patient care experience required

- Current CPR certification or willing to obtain

- Knowledge of medical terminology 

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members
