Plans and directs policies and objectives for addressing member inquiries. Being a Member Services Director establishes service quality goals for the department and implements strategies to meet these goals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Member Services Director typically reports to top management. The Member Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Member Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. - Demonstrated track record of operating effectively within a distributed IT structure to achieve shared goals.
- Committed to the ISO’s guiding values: “Education – Partnership – Solutions”
- Demonstrates sound judgment, resourcefulness, technical capabilities, analytical abilities, and steady decision making.
- Comfortable with public speaking to large audiences, both in-person and via remote methods.
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Specialized Training)- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- 5 -10 years related professional experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Master’s degree is desirable.

Georgiana is located in southern Butler County at 31°38'24.313" North, 86°44'21.991" West (31.640087, -86.739442). Interstate 65 passes to the northwest of the town, with access from exit 114 (State Route 106).
