    Responsibilities:

    • Provide supervision and administrative direction to Stabilization Managers and other staff members as needed.
    • Direct and manage the daily operations and service delivery of Triage and Emergency Services.
    • Direct and manage all of the administrative and clinical functions of Triage and Emergency services for all clients.
    • Direct the implementation of Triage and Emergency services vision including developing systems to ensure immediate access to crisis evaluations, stabilization treatment plans, and services to stabilize individuals/families in the community.
    • Develop and implement systems to monitor service delivery and utilization of supports for Triage services.
    • Develop, implement and manage utilization of Triage services.
    • Create a work environment which supports a strong culture of immediate access, person centered treatment, evidence-based treatment, and customer service.
    • Develop systems to ensure Triage services include all available billable services through CBHC including crisis evaluations, follow up, and CBHC bundled services.
    • Develop and implement systems to manage the deployment of stabilization clinicians and staff in the community.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be independently licensed e.g.: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, RN, LRC.
    • Master’s Degree in behavioral health care field
    • 4 years of experience in a multi-disciplinary behavioral health setting; of which 3 years must include the provision of emergency, inpatient and/or diversionary behavioral health services and 2 years supervisory experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to oversee/manage a multi-disciplinary clinical team and to design/operate programs based on community needs
    • Proven management and leadership skills
    • Ability to triage multiple requests for crisis evaluations, with an emphasis on mobility and doing evaluations in the community.

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-5p, some flexibility required
