Primary Function of Position
The Health Services Supervisor is responsible for managing, developing, and coordinating the Health Services and Preferred Communities programs. This multifaceted role involves supervising a team and a focus on enhancing self-sufficiency for clients we serve in collaboration with other Refugee Resettlement staff. Additionally, the supervisor actively seeks funding opportunities, both existing and additional, in coordination with the Program Manager. Their work extends beyond internal coordination, as they engage with government agencies, community service providers, and partner organizations. Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting for all Health Services is a critical aspect of their responsibilities.
