Processes subscriptions, membership applications, or member data changes. Being a Membership Assistant directs members to the resources to answer questions or provide requested information. Documents inquiries and interactions using a ticketing or customer relationship management (CRM) system. Additionally, Membership Assistant may draft correspondence and promotional communications or conduct outreach calling to solicit new members or promote events. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Membership Assistant works under moderate supervision. Tech Support Representative
Gibson Connect has a full-time Tech Support Representative position now open for our Trenton Member Service Center located at 1207A S. College St., Trenton, TN.
The position schedules and confirms service appointments, resolves technical and non-technical customer problems/complaints, provides technical support for customers and employees, and coordinates setup and transfer of new telephone service to Gibson Connect.
The shift for this position is eight hours per day, Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM (including holidays). Employee must respond immediately to 24-hour call-out and work overtime as needed, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
