Merchant Chargeback Manager manages and oversees the daily operations of a group of fraud analysts/investigators and/or chargeback analysts, either directly or through subordinate supervisors. Develops and implements fraud/chargeback policies and procedures in order to achieve an overall acceptable fraud rate on CNP transactions. Being a Merchant Chargeback Manager manages analysis of transactional records and databases to determine fraud trends and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies. Possesses expert understanding of fraud related data, model schematics, systems and tools. Additionally, Merchant Chargeback Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a Director. The Merchant Chargeback Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a full time (4 or 5 days a week depending on your preference) position in an exceptional office and a long-term home. Hourly wage $22-28 based on experience along with medical and dental benefits, paid holidays, vacation and retirement. Bilingual/ Spanish speaking is a huge plus for us.
Duties:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Take dental x-rays and CBCT scans (can train this onsite)
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dental assistant is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
