Being a Methods/Procedures Analyst determines need for new equipment. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Methods/Procedures Analyst typically reports to a supervisor. Specific Duties:
- Analytical Responsibilities
- Perform analysis as assigned including chemical, bacteriological, and bioassay
- Complete all applicable quality control requirements and documentation
- Follow standard operating procedures in the performance of analysis
- Perform data handling, data reduction, calculate results as required
- Prepare solutions and reagents

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (see experience) in a science field
- Work experience may substitute for 1 year of education
