About the Role :

Under supervision of Support Center Management, develop and support consistent training on Nu Skin products and present the material to Support Center Agents to increase their knowledge to improve the customer’s experience.

Coordinate the organization of training including scheduling, content creation, and other necessary aspects. Perform other duties as required.

What you'll do :

• Deliver product trainings to Support Center staff in a clear and concise manner.
• Deliver process updates and reminders to the Support Center's Product Support Team.
• Identify the skills a new agent needs to have and develop these ideas.
• Coordinate training logistics : identify mentors and schedule job shadows, identify and schedule guest speakers.
• Create agent assessment tools; assess knowledge level of individual agents.
• Update internal websites and programs with latest information material, including update of various tables; provide input about site content and format
• Contribute to Support Center projects and activities.

What you'll need :

• Written and verbal fluencyin English and Spanishrequired
• Customer service experience required.
• Computer software skills required (Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, etc.)
• One year experience presenting, training, or teaching preferred and Training Development skills required
• Demonstrate team-centered attitude and abilities showingexcellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize time and to work independently and carry out required tasks
• Ability to receive both positive and negative feedback and implement the necessary adjustments
• Proficient training development skills including needs assessment, design, documentation, presentation, evaluation, goal setting, and follow through
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the multi-level industry and the role of Brand Affiliates needed
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously achieving required results
• Ability to work effectively with others in a coordinating role
• Ability to give constructive feedback to adjust as needed
• Ability to work effectively with others in a mentoring and coaching role with excellent interpersonal skills
