JOB SCOPE:

As a Sales Support Representative you will assist the sales team to ensure customers are satisfied with our overall performance and products. You will support the entire sales process from lead generation to actual equipment operating in the field. This role will focus heavily on preparing and delivering technical presentations, training, demos, and knowing the products inside/out.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through relationships with existing and new clients. 

- Direct communication with clients to help solve problems, obtain reviews, and provide up – to-date information regarding products.

- Handle inquiries from new clients

- Support the sales team with logistics of equipment 

- Deliver product training and demonstrations both virtually and in the field 

- Promote awareness of Mobile Track Solutions Brand, Products, and Company

- Maintain in depth knowledge on all products offered 

- Provide administrative support with sales documentation, sales software/applications, and other tools used within the department. 

- Identify prospective clients' exact needs through questioning and direct observation

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Minimum prerequisite education, training, and/or experience required: 

o Entry level sales position

o 3 years’ experience operating heavy off-road equipment (Ag or Construction)

o Ability to do minor hands on field repairs and troubleshooting with factory input

- Job Specific Capabilities:

o Strong positive attitude

o Good Convincing presentation skills

o Excellent communication abilities and willingness to conduct presentations of products and training in front of large groups. Ability to read, write and speak English

o Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

o Up to 75% travel required, primarily within the United States - position based out of Elkader, Iowa.  

o Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure

o Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines

- Physical Capabilities: 

o Movement: Constant movement includes: walking, standing; 

o Lift and or Carry: 50Lbs occasionally, over 20lbs constantly

o Sensory: Hearing, Speech, Vision, Smell, Tactile
