Mortgage Credit Manager manages a group of mortgage credit supervisors and monitors application procedures to ensure assignments meet established processes/standards. Oversees analysis of current, new and renewed residential loans. Being a Mortgage Credit Manager provides recommendations for improvement to top management. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Mortgage Credit Manager typically reports to head of a unit/department. The Mortgage Credit Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Mortgage Credit Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Qualifications
- 2 Years' Mortgage Origination Experience Required.
- Remote position - requires secure, reliable, high-speed internet connection
- No part-timers. Must have ambition and go-getter outlook on life and career.
- Self-sufficient.
- Team Player.
- Must have NMLS license. Please provide NMLS # when applying.
- Minimum current production of one loan per month - self generated.
Pay Range: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
