The ideal candidate will be ultra social media savvy, have experience in creating and editing high-quality short-form content, and possess a deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and best practices, and ready to bring that insight and experience to change how we onboard new employees.  This position offers a unique opportunity to create innovative, meaningful content that bridges how people consume and learn through social media content into the corporate learning environment. At Carenet, we want to bring the social media experience to life during new hire training across our large number of healthcare clients.

Work Setup: Hybrid/Remote (90% remote, 10% on-site for visits to Makati office, once or twice a week)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties

• Content Creator will work in close collaboration with our Instructional Design and Curriculum Development team 
• Create video and static content for our many Healthcare clients that reflects on-platform trends, company cultural moments, and brand values for both Carenet and our clients to be used in our new employee training programs.
• Create and edit high-quality short-form content to be incorporated into our new hire training curriculums. 
• Identify on-trend themes that target audience engages with, and create real-time, meaningful content based on those findings.

• Startup Mentality: Comfort with fast-paced environments and variable projects and ideas, a robust work ethic and resilience in challenging situations. This position will change how we learn in a ‘corporate’ environment and the ideal candidate will lead the way and not wait for directions.
• Manage all aspects of multimedia production from start to finish (planning all the way to posting), including audio/video recording, audio/video editing, and publishing. This position is all-inclusive. You are the storyteller, the writer, the editor, and graphic designer.
• Identify daily, quick-turnaround reactive opportunities — throw ideas and see what sticks.  Comfortable leaning into the SAM learning development model.  Social media curated content is rarely perfect, we want the same raw, relatable content in our training programs.
• Technological Proficiency: Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and innovations in the podcasting and social media space, including new tools and platforms for audio and video production, to ensure our content is cutting-edge.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers, curriculum developers, training specialist, operational SMEs and other team members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality output.
• Maintain brand identity by utilizing established libraries and graphic looks.

• Edit and refine content to meet quality standards, visually appealing, and optimized for our learning platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices on Instagram and TikTok to enhance content creation and optimization.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Impeccable English verbal and writing skills: must be an excellent communicator.
• Experience developing content from ground up - ideation to the final cut; highly skilled in ideation and pitching ideas.
• Able to accurately estimate level of effort for building new content and independently meeting deadlines and milestones.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and editing high-quality short-form content for social media platforms
• Strong video and audio editing skills and proficiency in editing software/tools including redacting personal identifying information from video/audio recordings
• Deep understanding of social media and the nuances between platforms;
• Has a knack in using the latest natural language Artificial Intelligence applications and tools to create compelling videos and multimedia content.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Must have demonstrated proficiency in photography; proficient in shooting content using an iPhone
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

• Strong creative and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to write concisely, clearly, and in an organized manner. Collaborate with subject matter experts to verify the accuracy of content.
• Experience working on medical/healthcare/technical content is preferred.
• Enjoys content curation on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or other Social Media platforms is preferred.
• Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in content creation, videography, and photography. Healthcare experience is a plus.
