Network Engineering Director plans, designs, and develops all aspects of network systems that will meet an organization's requirements for performance, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Identifies network requirements for hardware, software, and services that will provide optimal solutions and meet the capacity requirement for the organization. Being a Network Engineering Director directs network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies. Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist (AHWFB) Lexington Medical Center's (LMC) Network Director of Nursing for Patient Care Services directs and/or supervises clinical staff and coordinates site clinical functions and protocols within the practice. Develops and monitors programs, policies and procedures designed to improve the quality of health care delivery. Gathers data for quality care reporting and uses it for internal and external benchmarking. Assists with educating the office about promoting quality care.
