Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data collection, behavioral health, special education, and working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Duties:

-School Consultation in various districts

- position follows a school schedule (day time hours/time off etc.).

- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans

-Provide parent training sessions when needed remotely or during school hours
- Provide training and supervision to other staff members within the district
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans

```Qualifications```
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA,LBA) preferred
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably children
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and team members
- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt treatment plans as needed
- Commitment to providing high-quality care in a compassionate manner
