NOC Director of Network Operations
Flexibility to work between HQ & Remote
Permanent, Full-time
Must Live close to Indianapolis
Salary $110k to $140 DOE 10% incentive
Prior Experience in NOC center a MUST
Lead and mentor a team of network professionals.
Oversee the design, implementation, installation and optimization
Monitor network performance and reliability
Develop and manage the budget & 3rd party vendors
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans
End-to-end ownership of incident management
7 years of experience in network operations 3 years in leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in networking, telecommunications or a related field.
Experience with network monitoring tools and security practices.
Juniper & Calix equipment experience is a plus.
CCNP and CISSP or JNCIS certifications are preferable.
$1,000 REFERRAL BONUS
