Network Operations Director manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Director provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Director leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or it. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Network Operations Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually Incentive Benefits. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience and job related factors.

    Overview: Under general direction of the Area Vice President, the Regional Director of Operations provides leadership and oversight to our outpatient orthopedic clinics and services. Participates in decisions regarding our business, strategic planning, and operation activities as a member of the executive team. With the broader management team, establish and executes financial performance expectations while implementing operational processes and procedures. Works with leadership to plan, organize, staff, direct, coordinate and control the activities of the all the designated clinics. Part of this role involves delivering direct patient care within the clinics in this region.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Reinforce culture of excellence in care and superior customer service
    • Provide supervision, training, mentorship, and support to operations leadership staff at the clinics they oversee.
    • Assist with recruiting new talent and retaining top performers
    • Communicate staffing needs to operations leadership and requests help from other clinics as needed
    • Provide oversight and implementation of programs and processes that meet the corporate goals and objectives
    • Effectively communicates with staff in a consistent, timely, and collaborative manner
    • Collaborates regularly with other clinic leadership to improve processes that remove barriers to patient care
    • Responsible for clinic and regional level operations to include, but not limited to, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and success of each clinic
    • Monitor results and market conditions at the regional/ local level
    • Plans and directs strategic actions to improve results at both the clinic, regional, and enterprise level
    • Treat patients and provide coverage based on business needs
    Education Experience:
    • 2 years of prior experience with management in clinical setting required
    • Management of multi-site locations required
    • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
    • Current State licensure for the practice as a Physical Therapist
    • Bachelors or masters degree in business or related field preferred
    Knowledge, Skills Abilities:
    • Meet the educational and state requirements for Clinical Practice knowledge, skills and licensed in Physical or Occupational Therapy
    • Upholds knowledge of and ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and other third-party payers
    • Sustains knowledge of HIPAA and other requirements
    • Maintains timely knowledge of mandatory billing and coding requirements to include knowledge of ICD-10
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent leadership skills
    • Ability to exercise mature judgement and initiative in analyzing problems and recommending/ implementing solutions to provide cost effective services
