    Development and Administration of Operating Budgets: 

    • Collaborate with the manager of financial planning and analysis to execute the budget process.
    • Be primarily responsible for data organization and integrity in the budgeting process.
    • Serves as primary technical contact for the budget process.
    • Reviews and compiles all budgets to enter into Financial Edge and provides analysis. 

      

    Financial Analysis and Forecasting: 

    • Assists with reviewing/adjusting budgets and reforecasting when necessary.
    • Meets with project owners regularly to monitor spending and review revenue projections.
    • Prepares presentation material for the manager of financial planning & analysis, the CFO, and management. \
    • Assist with the development of dashboards and other reporting tools that measure progress towards divisional and programmatic KPI’s. 
    • Assist with monitoring of the organization’s capital budget and capital assets
    • Other duties may be assigned. 

      

    Required Skills 

    • Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
    • Possesses strong people skills.
    • Ability to oversee multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
    • Solid analytical and organizational capabilities.
    • Computer proficiency required, with experience in all Microsoft Office products (expert-level with Excel).
    • Knowledge of general ledger software packages and database management experience a plus.
    • Ability to use graphic software to assist in presentations.
    • Experience with creating Microsoft Power BI dashboards a plus.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of financial principles and concepts. 

      

    Educations and/or Experience 

    At least 1-3 years of professional experience in financial and data analysis or equivalent academic experience.
