Network Service Representative jobs in Macon, GA

Responsibilities:

- Perform installations, field service repairs and maintenance on a variety of machinery and packaging equipment and systems within an industrial setting

- Installation, repairs and maintenance of equipment

- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical eqiupment

- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential problems

- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

- Verify machines are operating efficiently through proper installation and testing.

- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs and installations

Skills:

- Knowledge and experience reading schematics and untilizing multimeters

- Experience in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge. Ability to read, comprehend and interpret technical information involving mechanics and electronics.

- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients

- Previous military or transitioning veterans encouraged to apply.

- Prior Field Service Technician experience a plus.

- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs and installations

Additional Information:

• Position is remote, but must individual must be located in Macon, GA.
• Travel is required with this position - 2-3 nights per week - every week. Territory covers Macon, GA and surrounding areas.
• Company pays mileage and travel expenses. Company provides credit card for expenses and provides cell phone, laptop and tools.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
