Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility and ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents. This is a vital role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent senior care.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the facility's operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resident care
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met
- Coordinate and collaborate with medical professionals, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for residents
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate resident records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including resident rights and safety protocols
- Conduct regular assessments of the facility's operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, fostering a positive work environment
- Maintain effective communication with residents, their families, and staff members to address any concerns or issues

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of senior care practices, including assisted living and home care services
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to effectively supervise and lead a team of staff members
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members
