Role Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor assists the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day warehouse operations tasks. The Supervisor oversees the daily tasks of warehouse associates, ensures a clean and safe worksite, may be the one to open/close the facility, and works cross-functionally with several departments.
Starting pay: $55,000 - $60,000/year
Role Responsibilities:
- Helps maintain stock levels by ordering material on time
- Keeps fulfillments up to date and accurate in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Makes sure jobs are checked and pulled accurately by overseeing the daily activities and associates.
- Receives deliveries physically and in NS.
- Develops associates to be competent performers in all aspects of warehouse processes.
- Audits cycle count results and enters system adjustments accordingly.
- Communicates with Install Managers/Service managers on usage from installs and service jobs.
- Makes accurate transfers to trucks and other markets.
- Checks with Foreman for truck stock that needs to be restocked.
- Maintains daily organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.
- Research significant inventory adjustments and communicate findings to Warehouse Manager.
- Performs physical and system work as required to complete truck reconciliation.
- Monitors trash roll off/recycle container levels and communicates to Warehouse Manager when swap out is needed.
- Performs daily yard walk of the property before leaving to secure all material, gates, vehicles, and locks.
- Send an End of Day email to the Warehouse Manager with detailed information on order, inventory, staff, facility, and system status.
Required Competencies:

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 6AM - 3:30PM
Some Saturdays are required.
