Additionally, Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist plans and coordinates rehabilitation, home health care, and follow-up services for patients with acute health issues. Requires a master's degree. Requires Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
