· Provides patients with necessary information regarding the drug treatment plans written under the orders of the patient’s attending physician and/or physician covering for the attending physician. This process is for drugs delivered IV, IM, SubQ or PO in our facilities or designated facility and oral drugs dispensed in our facility under PVCS’s Physicians’ dispensing license. Although referred to as chemotherapy teaching, the drugs are not limited to chemotherapy drugs, they can include supportive drugs or others ordered by a PVCS Physician, PA or NP.
