Scheduler Job Responsibilities:
• Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs client and employee data into WellSky.
• Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting client and employee information, and managing assignments.
• Signing clients, providing initial assessment, and creating a care plan.
• Performing the initial caregiving shift or a reassessment shift in order to expand on the care plan.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Provides historical reference by utilizing WellSky.
• Checking for missing clock-ins and clock-outs.
• Work on open shifts calendar, filling in open shifts.
• Covering shifts when urgently necessary.
• Contact caregivers for availability updates. See how many hours they’re looking for and if they’re ok and still want to work.
