Roles:

• Providing care and companionship to clients in their homes, offering emotional support, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Supporting clients with mobility needs, transferring from bed to chair or assisting with furniture.
• Monitoring vital signs, medication reminders, and notifying the nursing supervisor of any changes in health condition.
• Preparing and serving meals that align with specific dietary requirements.
• Performing light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying up.
• Facilitating activities that engage the mind, such as reading, puzzles, or craft projects.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in documenting provided services and changes in client conditions
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to relate well to clients and families
• Ability to work independently and responsibly prioritize tasks
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and clean background check
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
