Occupational Therapy Director directs the programs and staff of the occupational therapy department. Sets and implements guidelines for occupational therapy programs. Being an Occupational Therapy Director monitors patient progress and treatment plans. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Occupational Therapy Director typically reports to top management. The Occupational Therapy Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Total compensation is $70,000-$80,000. This role will require regular travel to our centers on a regular basis. We have 10 centers in Chicagoland and 3 centers in Texas. Overnight travel may be required.
