Additionally, Operations Clerk may help research and resolve basic operational problems. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Operations Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.     • Provide support for gathering failure data and implementing necessary countermeasures.
    • Implement quality assurance practices to enhance MI event data within PCMS/SAP.
    • Review and approve MI inspection reports from contract inspectors, redirecting as needed for additional data capture.
    • Audit contract inspection crews for safety, quality, and delivery standards.
    • Drive safety procedures and best practices compliance.
    • Collaborate with the Master Data team to align PCMS and SAP.
    • Provide front-line accountability for MI inspection compliance in upstream assets.
    • Offer input and evaluation for capital projects involving MI equipment.
    • Write, review, and approve inspection test plans (ITPs) for MI equipment.
    • Act as Integrity Management Database (PCMS) Owner for upstream facilities.
