Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Actively communicate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Assist cross-functional teams to maintain data quality and operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of policies for streamlined medical services operations.
- Participate in data analysis projects to drive continuous improvement in billing processes.
- Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and contribute ideas to leadership.
- Shadow senior team members and assist in project management tasks.
- Spend time in various line jobs to gain a comprehensive understanding of medical services operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Comfortable working with large datasets and eager to develop analytical skills.
- Team player with strong collaboration and adaptability skills, who values hands-on learning and is eager to understand all aspects of the business through immersive, real-world experience.
Education & Preferred Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is also welcome.

- Medical background is a plus but not required.
