Being an Operations Team Leader oversees the daily department production activity and facilitates departmental workflow. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Operations Team Leader typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Operations Team Leader supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Associate degree or equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience; or a Bachelors degree in an appropriate business or technical field and four (4) years of related experience

- Managing high reliability electronic manufacturing teams
Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring Operations performance against business requirements through the execution of day to day operations by leading manufacturing hourly workforce
Being the first level of elevation for the team
Responsible for product flow to meet and exceed both internal and external customer needs
Owning and taking pride in being a "People Manager" to best capitalize on untapped potential of team members so that both the team and business can be successful
Ensuring that all employees are working safely, according to work instructions, challenging the team in order to continue to grow individually and as a team.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
