Previous experience supervising hourly employees
Experience utilizing business systems and tools that aid in managing labor and processes
Minimum of 4 years of related work experience in production/manufacturing/operations or similar environment
Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools
Familiarity with Oracle, Autotime, Power BI tools
Six-Sigma Certificate (Green or Black Belt) Lean Manufacturing Certificate
Associate degree or equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience; or a Bachelors degree in an appropriate business or technical field and four (4) years of related experience
