Order Clerk receives and processes orders for materials and merchandise. Utilizes order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, record prices, delivery dates, inventory status, maintain customer information and other data related to each transaction. Being an Order Clerk confirms orders, updates shipping status, and notifies customers of any backorder or delivery delays. Researches and resolves order errors and updates the system. Additionally, Order Clerk may prepare packing lists or other order-related documentation. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Order Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. SUMMARY
The Order Processor is responsible for reviewing orders, inputting them into our system, and then processing the orders; ensuring the shipment is fulfilled properly and delivered on-time. This position will collaborate with carriers and customers to coordinate pick-up, monitor delivery dates, keep track of inventory levels, and communicate supply needs to leadership when needed.
The Order Processor supports our HRI division (Hotel, Restaurants, and Institutions) division and requires someone with strong customer service skills to service clients daily.
This position reports to the manager of Retail Order Processing.
