General Statement of Duties:
The Order Fulfillment Coordinator is a customer focused and hands-on position. Work with current fulfillment customers and ensure all orders are fulfilled on time accurately. The position is responsible to work with customer through email and phone communication on a daily basis and fulfilling each order from receiving to shipping while maintaining all inventory. Responsibilities include picking orders, staging orders for shipping, scheduling shipping appointments, replenishment, raw material replenishment, and inventory control
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The following is a summary of the essential functions of this job. The incumbent may perform other duties, both major and minor, that are not mentioned below and essential functions may change from time to time.
- Responsible for all product fulfillment inventory located in multiple warehouses. Use computer systems and customer files to ensure real time data accuracy.
- Responsible for the order picking, pallet staging, and complete accuracy of all product fulfillment orders. Move pallets for raw materials and finished goods when necessary.
- Ensure all internal documentation is accurately completed on time and submitted to the correct departments.
- Prepare all product orders for shipping including labeling and appropriate documentation.
- Schedule and communicate with third party courier services for shipping inbound and outbound of both product inventory and completed orders for multiple warehouses.
- Coordinate and assist as needed the unloading of shipping containers and/or trailer loads of product.
- Provide superior customer service by maintaining relationships with customers and responding in an efficient and expedient manner.
- Keep and maintain documents in an organized and complete fashion to refer back to when needed.
- Maintain a clean work space in all fulfillment areas.
- Make recommendations as needed to increase efficiency of fulfillment operation.
- Assist in other warehouse functions for all lines of business as needed.

- Promote and adhere to all elements of the Agency's Corporate Compliance and HIPAA policies.
- Maintain and promote confidentiality in accordance with Agency policy.
- Comply with all aspects of the Agency's Safety Policy.
- Adhere to scheduled hours and submit completed timesheets to supervisor on time each payroll period
- Attend and complete all mandatory training.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Detailed Oriented
- Must have great time management and organizational ability.
- Proficient in computer programs for inventory (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Inventory Control Systems).
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and function as a team member with a wide range of people.
- Ability to problem solve in a timely manner
- Must be familiar with shipping processes and procedures including scheduling, expediting, and tracking of shipments.
- Ability to work flexible schedules which may include evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Certified on electric pallet jack and potential forklift to move material in building
Education and Experience
Any combination equivalent to education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills.
Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- High school diploma and two (2-3) years of experience in a manufacturing or warehousing facility and/or fulfillment experience.
