Description :

We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our growing Operations team. Based remotely the Order Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for entering sales orders communicating logistics and for providing unmatched service to our distributor partners and field team.

• Order Entry basic follow up on delivery dates.
• Review manage enter and follow up to ensure customer orders are filled accurately and on time.
• Use your knowledge of third-party logistics to ensure consistent timely delivery and to resolve issues as they arise.
• Make good decisions that make it easy for our customers partners and employees

MUST HAVE :

• Experience in an ERP system- ideally NetSuite
• Excel and Word
• 2 years of customer service B-to-B experience
