Develops training programs, facilitates change management initiatives, and reviews current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Consultant builds human capital through employee development programs. Measures employee performance to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Consultant implements and reports on the effectiveness of leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Organizational Development Consultant work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Summary:

    Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified OSD Business Development Consultant to provide part-time on call support to the YSG Operational Solutions Division business development requirements supporting the Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS) task orders. The position requires interfacing with multiple customers within the MTCCS community.

    Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

    • Coordinate capture activities with VP, OSD.
    • Support development and execution of customer engagement plans.
    • Position to Win coordination.
    • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 20-30 years' work experience with the US Army.
    • Experience with Business Development or related experience.
    • Understanding of capture process and risk-based assessment.
    • Perform the Services in a discrete, relevant, and professional manner.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with US Army Mission Training Complex (MTC) requirements.
    • Ability to interface with wide range of customers.
    • Demonstrated experience working Executives and supporting related initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance required

    Location: Remote

    Travel: Some travel may be required
