Organizational Development Manager jobs in Abilene, TX

Organizational Development Manager manages all aspects of organizational development. Oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Manager develops programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurements to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Manager assesses leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Organizational Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Organizational Development Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Account Development Manager

  • As anAccount Development Manageryou will grow new sales through assigned PPG Paints stores, growing both existing business year-over-year, and developing new accounts.

    You will report to the Regional Manager and work remotely based in the San Angelo, TX area.

    Key Responsibilities

    *Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing customer account by keeping up to date with current promotions, new products, and with current customer service practices to find opportunities for growth.

    *Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, and understand existing business and the segments they serve.

    *Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports.

    *Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met.

    *Facilitate customer quotes to achieve margin targets according to PPG pricing strategies.

    Qualifications

    *High school diploma required

    *Three (3) years' experience with stellar customer service acuity.

    *CRM software experience preferred while previous coatings experience is sought after.

    *Daily travel within an assigned territory; must have valid driver's license.
