Organizational Development Manager manages all aspects of organizational development. Oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Manager develops programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurements to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Manager assesses leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Organizational Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Organizational Development Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     JOB SUMMARY:
    The Case Manager will assess student needs, coordinate services, and guide families throughout the Multidisciplinary Team Meeting (MDT), Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) process.

    EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
    High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    An Associates degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or related field is preferred.
    One year of Case Management experience is preferred.
    Current CPR certification through AHA or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

    REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

    SKILL based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: applying assessment instruments; preparing and maintaining accurate records; planning and managing projects; organizing, prioritizing, demonstrating work initiative and professionalism; demonstrating understanding of the MDT/IEP/IFSP model; accurate and appropriate application of assessment procedures; and using technology resources and pertinent software applications.


    KNOWLEDGE based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: perform basic math, including calculations using fractions, percentages, and/or ratios; understand written procedures, write routine documents, and speak clearly; and understand complex, multi-step written and oral instructions, understand stages of child development; pertinent laws, policies, and procedures.

    ABILITY is required to schedule a significant number of activities, meetings, and/or events; often gather, collate, and/or classify data; and use basic, job-related equipment. Flexibility is required to independently work with others in a wide variety of circumstances; analyze data utilizing a variety of complex processes; and operate equipment using defined methods. Ability is also required to work with a significant diversity of individuals and/or groups; work with a variety of data; and utilize specific, job-related equipment. Independent problem solving is required to analyze issues and create action plans. Problem solving with data requires analysis based on organizational objectives; and problem solving with equipment is limited. Specific ability based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: leadership and advocacy; communicating with diverse groups; maintaining confidentiality; meeting deadlines and schedules; setting priorities; working as part of a team; applying assessment instruments; preparing and maintaining accurate records; organizing, prioritizing, demonstrating work initiative and professionalism.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    Implements the county Child Find programs by scheduling and processing screenings.

    Schedule evaluations, MDT/IEP/IFSP meetings, and parent/staff meetings.
    Maintains a master schedule and makes daily updates.
    Develop and maintain class lists to include services, case manager, teacher, etc.
    Establishes and maintains detailed, confidential records for each child, and adheres to compliance deadlines perstate and federal law.
    Assist with the preparation of state and federal reports.
    Reviews information in Special Education paperwork to maintain accuracy.
    Track and maintain Physician Orders and Medicaid Plans of Treatment
    Maintains current knowledge and list of community resources and services available to assist families.
    Maintains accurate student records in the electronic documentation system.

    The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, and significant fine finger dexterity.
