Job Type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid, requiring 2 to 3 days in the office.
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing internal process improvements through automation integration across all departments within RCM. The Organizational Development Manager will also assist with the formulation and implementation of major goals and initiatives taken on by Senior Management, based on consideration of resources and an assessment of the internal and external environments in which the organization operates.
Responsibilities:
- Establish internal process improvements through automation integration across all departments within RCM
- Assist with the formulation and implementation of major goals and initiatives taken on by Senior Management
- Develop comprehensive, standardized, and systematic employee training for all new hires and current employees
- Collaborate with other Managers/Supervisors to develop SOP directives and KPI initiatives throughout all departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, process improvement, and automation integration
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
