The Outbound Call Center Manager implements and reviews contact center outbound policies and procedures. Manages and directs all aspects of outbound contact center operations. Being an Outbound Call Center Manager is responsible for staff recruiting, performance evaluation, training, and development. Oversee the outbound interactions and workflow to ensure that performance standards and sales target are met. In addition, Outbound Call Center Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Outbound Call Center Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Responsibilities:

    • Professional telephone etiquette and techniques to secure qualified appointments for your client’s sales team
    • Learn and use computer software program(s)
    • Meet daily company & personal goals
    • Place outbound calls and uncover potential leads by performing a needs assessment to identify pains and concerns with the prospect
    • Ensure the computer/laptop Windows 8 or higher (No chrome book or MAC), 2 monitors, high-speed internet, headset, printer and webcam are in working order

    Job Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
    • Typing speed of 50 WPM
    • Self-motivated and Detail-oriented
    • Confident and capable of working independently
    • Coachable and competitive spirit
    • Able to set and achieve personal goals
    • Call center experience a plus
    • CRM experience is a huge plus
    • Environment & Equipment: Distraction-free work environment in addition to proper technology equipment listed above

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $12.00 - $15.15 per hour
