    We are working with a client who is seeking to add customer centric, high energy, and high performing Sales Professionals with a desire to grow! We’re looking for passionate sales experts who want to take their business to the next level. 

    Our client specializes in customized promotional products, allowing clients to find top of the line branded products for their teams and customers. This includes advertising gifts, corporate gifts, staff apparel and office supplies, and much more.     JOB TITLE: Sales Executive

    REPORTS TO: VP of Sales

    LOCATION: Remote

     

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Market exploration and Sales Strategy Development:

    o   Explore new markets and identify business opportunities tailored to the company’s unique offerings.

    o   Develop innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales and gross profit goals, aligning with the company’s vision and values.

    Client Relationship Cultivation and Project Oversight:

    o   Nurture strong client relationships reflective of the company’s commitment to exceptional service.

    o   Maintain proactive communication channels with clients and internal support teams throughout projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.

    o   Address challenges or obstacles with clients and vendors in a manner that upholds the company’s reputation for integrity and professionalism.

    o   Leverage internal support resources and processes to mitigate project risks and optimize profitability, tailored to the specific needs of the company’s clientele.

    Leadership within the Sales Team:

    o   Collaborate closely with the support team at the company to streamline project workflows, ensuring seamless execution of all components on time and within budget.

    o   Provide strategic guidance, managerial support, and clear direction to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability aligned with the company’s values.

    o   Exemplify a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and empathetic leadership style that embodies the ethos of the company.

     

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

    Education and Experience:

    o   Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education that aligns with industry expertise.

    o   Demonstrated success in a creative B2B sales role, with a track record of exceeding performance targets and driving business growth.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    o   Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlooks, and Powerpoint), couples with a strategic mindset for utilizing technology to enhance sales effectiveness.

    o   Proven aptitude for prospecting, presenting, and managing accounts with a keen understanding of the company’s unique value proposition.

    o   Familiarity with, or exposure to, the promotional products industry is highly advantageous, aligning with the company’s areas of specialization.

    o   Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills tailored to engage and inspire both clients and colleagues within the company’s environment.

    o   Strong business acumen and mathematical proficiency to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and optimize pricing strategies for maximum profitability.

    o   Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment characteristic of the company’s dynamic operations.

    o   A proactive and adaptable approach to work, encompassing the ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

    o   Tactful handling of sensitive situations with sound judgement and a commitment to upholding the company’s reputation for outstanding client service.

    o   Curiosity, flexibility, and a positive “can-do” attitude that align with the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial culture of the company.
