Architectural Project Manager
AJH Design continues to expand and is seeking an Architectural Project Manager with 5 to 7 years of construction project experience. Candidates must be familiar with interdisciplinary project coordination and should be a on track for professional licensure in architecture or engineering.
Candidates should be experienced in architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical design and engineering, capable of providing team direction regarding development of design documents from Schematic Design through Construction Documents. A strong knowledge of building construction methods is essential. Provide project quality and coordination reviews, client interaction, project budgeting, and schedules. Revit experience is preferred.
