Benefits:

·         Earn up to $50-$75k in your first year (Base salary commission)

Responsibilities:

·         Estimating, Sales, & Marketing

·         Customer Service

·         Following up with customers

·         Maintaining communication with customers through job completion

·         Work closely with Paint Crews to ensure customer satisfaction

·         Attend networking events

·         Consistently hit weekly goals

Qualifications:

·         Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurance

·         Previous in home and/or outside sales experience is a plus

·         Excited about performance-based pay

·         Sales & customer service experience

·         Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

·         Strong computer and internet skills

·         Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

·         Goal oriented and motivated

·         Organized and detail-oriented

• Experience: At least one year of related experience.
