• Coordinate with vendors and oversee technology integrations, enhancing operational effectiveness and service delivery.
• Guide and mentor the paralegal team, promoting a culture of professionalism, continuous learning, and alignment with the firm’s objectives.
• Implement strategies to foster a collaborative work environment, optimizing both in-office and digital workflows to maintain high service standards.
• Develop and execute digital and social media strategies to enhance the firm's visibility and client engagement.
• Apply critical thinking to resolve operational challenges, streamline procedures, and support the firm’s growth and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners, ensuring a responsive and client-focused practice.
