Duties:
- File legal documents with the appropriate courts and agencies
- Serve legal documents to individuals involved in legal proceedings
- Ensure that all legal documents are delivered accurately and within specified timeframes
- Maintain detailed records of all served documents
- Provide updates and status reports to clients and attorneys as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, attorneys, and other professionals as required
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery of legal documents
- Proficient in using filing systems and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
