Under supervision of a Deputy Labor Commissioner III, in the State Labor Commissioner's Office of the Licensing and Registration program, the incumbent is responsible for the investigation and enforcement of the licensing requirements as mandated by the California Labor Code and California Code of Regulations. Works in partnership with other government entities and units to ensure compliance with registration requirements. The Industrial Relations Representative is a recruiting and training classification.
