In this role, you will...

• Prepare closing documents such as Closing Statements, Deeds, Power of Attorneys, Mortgages/Riders, Notes, and miscellaneous lender and title documents as needed
• Data entry of real estate closing documents
• Request, review, and update: title commitments/CPL’s, real estate property taxes, homeowner and condo insurance, payoffs, condo/HOA fees, final water/sewer bills, commission statements
• Prepare files for closing: print lender documents, collate lender and title documents, type additional verbiage including POA, Trust, and Notary dates/state/County, copy documents for buyers/sellers and balance/prepare disbursement sheet in order for checks to print properly
• Obtain required financial information related to the transaction such as such as tax and fee amounts, agent commissions and seller payment
• Responsible for reviewing closing documents for approval and communication with all parties
• Conduct closings as needed to include overseeing the signing of documents for the transaction and the collection of funds at closing
• Serve as resource for purposes of fielding inquiries for title quotes and estimates
• Responsible for ensuring closing schedule is accurate and closing packages are in for checks or for review the day before closing
• Manage, review, and update pipeline on a weekly basis for all files to ensure timely closings
• Make meaningful connections as primary point of contact via telephone, e-mail, and in person for all parties associated with each transaction including but not limited to: Lenders, real estate professionals, Buyers, Sellers, Builders/Contractors and Attorneys
• When necessary, and periodically, participate in off and on-site sales visits
• Manage workload issues within team to ensure company achieves its goals and objectives

You possess …

• A High School Diploma.
• Previous processing experience in residential and commercial transactions preferred.
• Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to review closing packages for accuracy.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage and multitask daily workload.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent change
• Ability to build rapport and be a team player
