Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable, accruals, fixed assets and reconciliations.
• Minimal billing and receivables.
• Support month-end close and assist CFO with analysis reports.
• Work with leadership to improve the accuracy and efficiency of accounting systems.
• Assist with quarterly financial audits.
• Assist with annual SOC and NACHA audits.
• Support the payroll team with accounting for escrow accounts.
• Support insurance commission tracking and accruals.
• Performs other administrative/support duties to assist the team as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Business, finance or accounting degree.
• 2-3 years accounting experience, preferably in corporate accounting
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional computer skills in QuickBooks -Accounting, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong ability to multi-task and time management skills are required.
