What to expect in this role on a given day:

• Process semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees in Canada
• Payroll journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations
• Working knowledge of Worker’s Compensation and jurisdictional payroll tax administration
• Review and maintain annual tax documents for assigned payrolls
• Validation and preparation of commission reports

You will be a good fit for this position if you:

• Are proficient in Excel, including vlookups, pivot tables, and macros
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have 3-5 years of payroll processing experience
• Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of management across the organization
• Prior multi-state and multi-jurisdictional payroll experience is a plus
