We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work and is always looking for the next opportunity to improve the company. What we would like to see in a potential teammate:

• Accurately track expenses, payables/receivables, payroll, PTO, etc
• Assist with insurance audits and inquiries from carriers
• Act as a liaison for HR functions
• Capable of taking the lead when asked to head up projects
• Motivated self-starter
• Able to rapidly refocus and pivot when challenges arise
• Prior experience in payroll, payables/receivables
• Proficient level of experience with spreadsheets

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

There is the possibility of some occasional travel to sibling businesses to better coordinate business functions to make for a seamless family of enterprises.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
