PC Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Being a PC Maintenance Technician maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity. May perform system setups for new hires. Additionally, PC Maintenance Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or supervisor. The PC Maintenance Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. The Hardware / Troubleshooting role will assist customers through telephone and remote assistance in order to solve computer-related problems.
This is not a work-from-home position. We are a work-hard, play-hard team that enjoys having fun while getting things done.
This position will utilize basic troubleshooting schools paired with exceptional customer service ability. We are in the heart of the valley conveniently located off I-15 and 7200 South.
